Shannon Maxwell
Owner

Shannon has worked in the industry with Ryan ever since they were married. She has immense experience with the little details that make a difficult task turn into a passion project. The touch she provides to the industry is unmatched. South Valley Floors revolves around Shannon.
Shannon is a wonderful mother to 2 gorgeous girls & an oldest son. Whether it is a high school fundraising event or a Rodeo Shannon is certain to be in the middle of everything. Always making things happen for those around her, a joy to be around to those that know her best.

Ryan Maxwell
OWner

 Ryan grew up in a carpet store. He has been around flooring his entire life. With 30+ Years of experience both in Sales & Installation, there isn't anything he can't or won't do to help a customer. He's loved by those that know him best.
Outside of work, you can find Ryan working on something himself or helping somebody with just about anything you can think of. We have never actually seen him sit down.
